SITE SECURITY ANALYSIS

 

All premises require a comprehensive review and audit of their security arrangements. Gaps are identified in the system and threats are highlighted via consultation with key stake holders. This is a thoroughly engaging process.

 

CLIENT CONSULTATION

 

Client consultation is a critical process to fully explain the product offering, and to ensure customer understanding and satisfaction.

This is a fluid process that can change and evolve as the project comes together. This process may include the involvement of third party building services to offer the final integration solution, e.g. Time and Attendance, Lift Cars, Fire Systems, BMS etc.

 

DESIGN

 

AMA Security will provide AutoCad drawings as required to provide a clear planning of the work program.

We gather information from the security audit and the gap analysis and then design a system to suite the customer’s exact requirements.

 

TECHNOLOGIES AND OPTIONS

 

AMA Security works with approved quality suppliers to develop a product offering to maximise value for money, whilst working within established budgets. We are often able to integrate various building systems together to provide a complete platform that is both practical and cost effective.

PROJECT PLAN

 

Our designated project manager will oversee the work program and liaise

on a regular basis to ensure complete satisfaction and compliance with the project.

 

COMMISSIONING & HANDOVER

 

Once the installation is completed and fully converted AMA Security will complete a thorough and rigorous testing and commissioning regime. This will involve final framing and focusing of CCTV cameras, full 'point to point' testing of alarm devices with final approval and compliance sign off. We provide all necessary allocated training to the end user and deliver all compliance and warranty documentation as required.
